Convenience should not turn sensitive records into email confetti.
Sensitive financial, tax and identity records do not belong in ordinary email merely because email is convenient. Use email or text for coordination and the approved upload-only channel for confidential documents.
Use the document-upload route
The Randall Stone Financial Dropbox File Request is available for records requested in connection with your matter. If you are not sure what belongs in the upload, contact the practice before sending it.

- Voice/text: (530) 267-6150 for requested client-service communications.
- SMS: explicit opt-in required; STOP and HELP are supported.
- Documents: use the Dropbox File Request or another upload route specifically supplied by the practice.
The Dropbox request accepts uploads; it does not provide access to other client files or previously submitted records.
