Program description
Messages may concern appointments, requested information, administrative coordination, document or service follow-up, client questions, or other matters connected to an existing or requested professional relationship.
Consent
Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Consent may be documented when you text the business first, text START, expressly authorize texting, or when an existing client relationship and client-provided mobile number support a specific service communication. Randall Stone Financial maintains communication and consent records appropriate to the relationship.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests and client-service needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
STOP and HELP

Privacy

Message content
Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, full tax returns, account credentials or other sensitive financial documents by SMS. Texting is not the secure document-delivery channel for the practice.
Carrier and delivery limits
Wireless carriers and service providers may delay or block messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed and should not be used for emergencies, time-critical trading instructions or other communications where delayed delivery could create material harm.
