Start · schedule · authorize · upload

A cleaner way into the work.

Choose the engagement first. Scheduling, tax authorization, secure document delivery and ordinary communication should each use the channel designed for it.

Engagement paths

Start with the reason you are here.

These routes are intentionally concrete. A new planning relationship does not need the same paperwork as an IRS representation matter, and neither belongs in an ordinary email attachment.

Financial planning

Goals, cash flow, retirement, investment structure, education funding, risk, estate coordination and implementation.

Planning scope →

Tax planning & advisory

Preparation, projections, transaction review, estimated taxes, notices and representation.

Tax services →

Real estate & development

Property analysis, feasibility, financing, development budgets, site selection and public-finance questions.

Real-estate consulting →

Scheduling

Online scheduling is the destination. Until the Bookings URL is confirmed, there is a safe fallback.

Request a scheduled meeting

Microsoft/Outlook is the calendar of record and Zoom is integrated with that calendar. The public Microsoft Bookings URL has not yet been supplied to this build, so the site does not invent one. Use the contact form to request a time; the Bookings button can replace that fallback without changing the page architecture.

Already meeting on Zoom?

The branded permanent-room shortcut remains available for an arranged meeting. Scheduling remains separate so a permanent meeting room is not mistaken for a walk-in lobby.

Secure documents

Upload-only systems belong between the client and the practice, not inside ordinary email.

Dropbox File Requests and Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint Request Files both support upload-only collection workflows. The practice-specific request URLs are engagement-specific and are intentionally not fabricated here.

Dropbox secure file request

Use the engagement-specific Dropbox File Request supplied by Randall Stone Financial. The sender can upload without being given access to the destination folder.

Do not email Social Security numbers, tax returns, account statements, passwords or identity documents.

Microsoft secure file request

OneDrive/SharePoint Request Files can provide an upload-only path into a designated folder. A practice-specific request link will be supplied when that is the chosen document channel.

The uploader should see only the request interface, not the contents of the destination folder.

Representation workflow

Federal and California representation paperwork, from the official source.

For engagements in which Randall Stone Financial is representing a taxpayer before the IRS or California Franchise Tax Board, the applicable authorization forms are part of the required intake workflow. They are not prefilled with Randall's CAF or representative identifiers in the public copy.

IRS Form 2848

Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative. Use the current IRS form and instructions for the specific tax matters and periods covered by the engagement.

Public-form rule: no CAF number, PTIN, Enrolled Agent number, MyFTB credential or other representative identifier is prepopulated into these public links by this site. Engagement-specific completion happens in the secure workflow.

Contact & communication preference

Start an inquiry and make the SMS choice explicit.

The SMS preference requires a YES or NO selection, with neither choice preselected. YES is optional and is not a condition of service.
