Your preferences
Useful communication, without the noise.
Communication should make the work easier without turning every channel into the same channel. Coordination belongs in ordinary communication; sensitive records belong in secure delivery.
Email preferences
To stop or reduce nonessential email, reply to the message or email info@RandallStone.com with the subject “Communication preferences.” Client-service, regulatory, tax or legally necessary communications may still be sent when appropriate.
For group client communications sent through a mail-merge or bulk-mail client, preference requests are applied to the maintained recipient list rather than repurposed for unrelated marketing.

Why you may hear from us
- You affirmatively authorized that communication, initiated the exchange, or the communication is being sent through a channel for which a valid relationship-based basis exists. An existing relationship alone is not treated as recurring-SMS consent.
- You requested information or asked Randall Stone Financial to contact you.
- You provided contact information in connection with a professional matter or referral.
- A service, appointment, deadline or administrative matter requires follow-up.
Randall Stone Financial does not treat possession of an email address or mobile number as permission to turn it into an unrelated solicitation list.
SMS preference record
Use the public form when you want proactive client-service texting enabled.
The RandallStone.com contact form uses a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default. When checked, the prepared inquiry records the consent, the exact disclosure version, the source page and the submission timestamp. Leaving it unchecked does not affect ordinary service or the ability to submit the inquiry.
