Privacy should be practical, not theatrical.
Privacy is an operating practice: collect less, use the appropriate channel, keep sensitive records out of casual messaging and make text-message consent an explicit choice.
Information you provide
When you contact Randall Stone Financial by phone, email or text, information you provide may be used to answer your request, schedule or service professional work, maintain client records, document communication preferences, protect the practice and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Website information
Privacy-preserving measurement. This site is prepared to use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate visits, referral sources, campaign tags, broad device categories and deliberately configured events such as choosing a contact channel, opening the scheduling page or downloading a public document. The custom-event layer does not read or send form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, client identifiers, financial or tax information. It reads only standard UTM campaign tags on the landing URL and the referring hostname for aggregate attribution. No Meta Pixel, advertising-retargeting tag, session replay or fingerprinting code is included in this release.
The hosting platform may also create ordinary server logs for security, availability, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
Email communications
Email is used for requested information, existing-client and professional communications, administrative notices, and other relationship-based correspondence. Randall Stone Financial does not buy lists or use email for unsolicited mass solicitation. You may ask to change nonessential communication preferences at any time.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records and text-message consent information are used only to provide the communications the client or contact requested or authorized. Randall Stone Financial does not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging is intended for conversational and client-service matters such as scheduling, requested follow-up, administrative coordination and existing-client service. It is not used for telemarketing. See the Messaging Terms and texting information page.
Service providers
Technology providers may process information as necessary to host the site, deliver email, provide telephone or text service, receive document uploads, secure systems or support professional operations. The Randall Stone Financial file-request page is operated by Dropbox; files and the information supplied with an upload are processed through that service. Technology providers are not authorized by Randall Stone Financial to use client mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Professional, tax, regulatory and business records may be retained for periods appropriate to their purpose and applicable requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but ordinary email and SMS are not substitutes for a secure client document channel.

Messaging providers and wireless carriers may process mobile information only as service providers acting for Randall Stone Financial to deliver and administer the program, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal requirements; they are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.
