When you contact Randall Stone Financial by phone, email or text, information you provide may be used to answer your request, schedule or service professional work, maintain client records, document communication preferences, protect the practice and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Website information

This site does not require advertising trackers to function. The hosting platform may create ordinary server logs for security, availability, diagnostics and abuse prevention. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to identify the service and its purpose.

Email communications

Email is used for requested information, existing-client and professional communications, administrative notices, and other relationship-based correspondence. Randall Stone Financial does not buy lists or use email for unsolicited mass solicitation. You may ask to change nonessential communication preferences at any time.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records and text-message consent information are used only to provide the communications the client or contact requested or authorized. Randall Stone Financial does not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging is intended for conversational and client-service matters such as scheduling, requested follow-up, administrative coordination and existing-client service. It is not used for telemarketing. See the Messaging Terms and texting information page.

Service providers

Technology providers may process information as necessary to host the site, deliver email, provide telephone or text service, secure systems or support professional operations. They are not authorized by Randall Stone Financial to use client mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Professional, tax, regulatory and business records may be retained for periods appropriate to their purpose and applicable requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but ordinary email and SMS are not substitutes for a secure client document channel.
